Kapamilya actress Jessy Mendiola represented our countrty in the Korean Broadcasting System's second World Date.
Joined by other delegates from various countries and underwent a Korean makeover to prepare for a meet-and-greet with K-Pop boy band Shinee. She also starred in a mini-fashion show.
Meanwhile, she and other delegates went straight to Gapyeong wherein Shinee's Jonghyun and Key surprised them. They were also treated to a barbecue dinner.
On their second day, they had outdoor activities with Jonghyun and Key. They enjoyed playing jump rope, basketball and relay games.
They also visited Goguryeo, an ancient Kingdom in Korea, where some historical programs in the country were shot.
The Korean TV station launched the annual World Date. They want to promote Korean culture among Asian countries.
