Philippines Bags 13 Nominations At The 17th Asia Television Awards
SINGAPORE, Singapore - The organizing committee of the 17th Asian Televisions Awards has announced this year's set of nominees in three categories under Programming, Performance and Technical & Creative.
The Philippines got 13 nominations for the big 3 networks: ABS-CBN 2, GMA 7 and TV5. Below are the nominations received by each station:
ABS-CBN 2:
Bandila: Sendong's Wrath - Best News Programme
ASAP Rocks: Gives Back - Best Music Programm
The Bottomline with Boy Abunda - Best Talk Show
Korina Sanchez (Rated K) - Best Current Affairs Presenter
Sharlene San Pedro (Maalaala Mo Kaya: "T-Shirt") - Best Actress in a Leading Role
Coco Martin (Maalaala Mo Kaya: "Kamao") - Best Actor in a Leading Role
GMA 7:
Surivor Philippines: Celebrity Double Showdown - Best Adaptation of an Existing Format
Gabby Eigenmann (Munting Heredera) - Best Actor in a Supporting Role
Michael V (Bubble Gang) - Best Comedy Performance by an Actor/Actress
TV5:
Bilang Tao: Kubeta - Best Single News Story/Report
Talentadong Pinoy: Battle Of The Champions 2012 - Best General Entertainment Programme
Chef Vs. Mom - Best Lifestyle Program
