Singer Bruno Mars proudly declared on SNL that he's a Filipino
Last month, international singer and songwriter Bruno Mars appeared on Saturday Night Live and proudly declared that he's a Filipino.
Peter Gene Hernandez in real life, said "I am Filipino", in one particular number at SNL. He served as both host and musical guest on the said show.
He was born in Hawaii to a Filipino mother and Puerto Rican father.
Accordinf to AP report said that Mars' October 20 appearance is the second-best ratings this season.
In the said episode, he showcased his singing and acting talents in the comedy skits where he impersonated Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Steven Tyler.
